This course was originally created as a talk which was given at the Washington Acupuncture & Eastern Medicine Association (WAEMA) meeting in Spring 2024, by Lacey Smith, DACM, L.Ac. It is an overview including types of cosmetic acupuncture, ideal patients, sample timelines and types of treatment, 3 topical herbs and 2 case studies. It does not teach the techniques of facial acupuncture or microneedling. It is meant to encourage adding cosmetic acupuncture to the new or existing practice.
